Everything the app stores lives on your own iPhone and Apple Watch.Information the App StoresTo function, SetSix stores the following information locally on your device:The exercises you enter (names, weights, and reps)
Your timing preferences (stretch duration, rest duration, number of sets)
The date of your last trainer session and your check-in interval
